I wanted to lose weight before going on a trip with my friends, and decided that the best way to do it was by getting on a diet plan. When thinking about Jenny Craig vs Nutrisystem Diet as a diet plan for me, I focused on food options and price. I only had so much money to put toward a diet, especially with the trip coming up.
Between the two, Nutrisystem was the cheaper option. The cost of their diet basically fell to the cost of the food, as opposed to Jenny Craig, which included the cost of food along with a membership, enrollment and shipping fees. While the consultant portion of Jenny Craig’s diet was a little more involved, I was perfectly fine with just saving my money and using Nutrisystem’s consultant options. Also, with Nutrisystem, I liked the amount of control that I could use when selecting my meal options, and they had some pretty good looking meals, which surprised me. I thought I would be left with mostly salad and vegetables.
Since choosing the Nutrisystem diet, I lost the weight I needed for the trip and some extra. We went to the beach, and when I showed my body, my friends noticed that I was looking more in shape than ever before. They asked me what my secret was to my new body, and I told them about the diet plan that I had been using. They wanted to get in on the action, so I told them how to start getting the meals.
